"Members Only".</div>

sign and a pass word they select.</div>

<div>2) In order to properly communicate to "ALL" members
in NCDXA, I want to set-up timely electronic voting on topics or decisions.
The idea is the President or Vice-President will post the
information for review (7 days), then request an electronic vote. Discussion
and communications between members can be made via the NCDXA reflector. This
is also a way to get the reflector used more often.</div>

<div>I believe waiting for a meeting every three to four
months to have a vote is not very responsive to some of the goals we have for
the club. We have over 40 paid members in our club. We need to develop a means
to allow them to vote and participate.</div>

we need to pay money to get it done. I'll pay for it as a donation.</div>
